Terms of Service — Prompt Motion

Terms for the free Prompt Motion library, original study downloads, prompts, and generator interest form.

Last updated: 2026-10-26

1. About these terms

These terms cover Prompt Motion, including its public motion-example library, guides, prompts, downloadable original studies, and generator interest form. “We” means the operator of Prompt Motion. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Using the library does not itself constitute consent to optional notifications or tracking that requires consent.

Use the service in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the website. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

2. The current service

Prompt Motion is an English-language resource library. You can browse and filter examples, watch previews, read guides, copy prompts, and download the resources offered on an example's detail page without registering or paying. Resources may include a reference HTML implementation and a separately rendered MP4. Only resources actually linked on a page are included.

The generator is marked “Coming soon.” Its form collects product needs and optional notification requests. It does not generate or render content, execute your code, create an account, accept payment, or reserve a subscription or trial place. We do not promise a launch date or that a requested feature will be built.

The free Templates and Remix tools insert your text, colors, data, and motion preferences into dedicated template slots to prepare a prompt for you to copy or download. They do not call an AI model, execute your code, or generate a new video. Fixed animations demonstrate our reference code; they do not change with your edits or guarantee an identical result from an external AI model. Community examples retain their original prompts, rights, and source attribution.

The current library does not sell generation credits or paid plans. External AI tools may require their own account or payment. Any future paid offering will disclose its price, delivery, cancellation, and refund conditions before purchase, with updated terms where appropriate.

3. Original studies and reuse

Original study code, prompts, and rendered media identified as CC0 in this collection are dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0 Universal, to the extent of our rights. You may copy, edit, distribute, and use these works commercially without asking permission or providing attribution. Credit is appreciated but is not a condition of CC0.

This dedication does not cover the Prompt Motion name, logo, website interface, unrelated editorial content, framework dependencies, or third-party materials. Those retain their respective rights and licenses. CC0 does not grant trademark, patent, privacy, or publicity rights. Do not imply that we or another rights holder endorse your project.

Example names and data are illustrative, not factual claims about a business or evidence of affiliation. A preview, external link, or mention of a tool does not itself grant permission to reuse someone else's content. Check the resource license and obtain any additional permissions needed for your use.

Entries labeled “Community” are third-party community references, with authors and original posts linked. Their videos, music, logos, and prompts are not covered by our CC0 dedication. Playback uses the source's media servers, whose availability may change. We do not provide HTML or MP4 downloads for these entries or grant permission to republish their media. Contact us with a relevant page and original-work link to request a correction or removal.

4. Prompts, source code, and results

The supplied source is the reference implementation used for a preview. A prompt is a starting brief, not evidence that a particular AI model produced the preview. Model reproduction has not been verified unless an example expressly documents a test. We do not guarantee identical output, model compatibility, originality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Editing downloaded HTML does not update the separately supplied MP4. You must render a new video to reflect your edits. Review downloaded or generated code before running it, and check text, data, rights, accessibility, and technical quality before publishing. You are responsible for your modifications and the content you add.

5. Feedback and notifications

Submit only information you are entitled to share. Do not include credentials, confidential client materials, sensitive personal information, or another person's email without permission. You can submit a resource preference without providing an email.

For generator notifications, provide an address you control and explicitly select the notification checkbox. The address is for generator testing and availability messages, not an unrelated newsletter. You can withdraw this choice as described in the Privacy Policy. A submission is not an order, confidential consulting engagement, or promise of compensation.

You retain any rights in your feedback and permit us to review it to understand demand and improve the product. This permission does not authorize publication of your personal information; its handling remains subject to the Privacy Policy.

6. Responsible use and third parties

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, impersonate people, submit spam or malware, evade access controls or rate limits, obtain private submissions, or disrupt the service. These restrictions concern website access and misuse; they do not restrict CC0 reuse rights.

Prompt Motion is independent of Anthropic, Claude, and other tools discussed in the library. Product names belong to their respective owners. External websites and AI tools have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and content rules. Copying a prompt does not automatically send it to a provider or purchase its services.

7. Availability and responsibility

We may correct, add, remove, or reorganize examples, restrict abusive access, or suspend the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent hosting of downloads. Keep your own copies. Removing a resource from the site does not revoke CC0 rights already granted in that work.

To the extent permitted by law, the free library and resources are provided as available, without warranties of fitness, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. We are not responsible for third-party failures or results outside our control. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or deliberate misconduct where applicable.

8. Updates and contact

We will publish revised terms here with an updated date when the service or these conditions change. Material changes to data use will also be addressed in the Privacy Policy, with fresh consent where required. Later revisions do not withdraw an existing CC0 dedication.

For questions, resource corrections, rights complaints, or service concerns, email contact@promptmotion.io. For a rights complaint, identify the work, relevant page, your relationship to the rights holder, and a reply address. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or confidential material.
