Prompt Motion is an AI motion hub and in-browser studio for code-driven animation. We're building a complete workflow for creators and developers—pairing a curated prompt library with an upcoming visual Prompt Builder and browser-based Generator.
Grab any prompt to remix with Claude or Cursor, download standalone HTML to tweak locally, or grab MP4 loops for reference. Soon, you'll be able to structure custom prompts with our builder and export 60fps video directly in your browser—zero server rendering needed. In-house studies are open CC0; community picks link straight to original creators.

Original studies include HTML source and a reference MP4. Community entries link to the original post. Editing HTML does not update the MP4; exporting your changes needs your own capture or rendering tools.
No. Original studies are self-contained HTML5 Canvas and CSS files. You can double-click to open them directly in any browser at 60 fps without installing Node.js, npm, or Remotion.
Yes. Download an original study's HTML and change the text, colors, or animation in your code editor. It runs in a browser without Claude. Community entries do not include editable source.
Because the HTML runs in a browser, you can capture it using browser screen recording (like Chrome DevTools or OBS) or tools like macOS QuickTime and Kap. An in-browser WebCodecs MP4 recorder is also planned.
Yes. Since the original studies use vanilla Canvas and standard CSS with zero external dependencies, you can mount the render loop inside a React useEffect or canvas ref, or embed the standalone file with an iframe.
Claude 3.5 Sonnet and Claude Opus follow timing curves, physics easing, and zero-dependency constraints most reliably. GPT-4o can also interpret the prompt structures, but Claude produces the most consistent motion code.
The library is available now. Prompt Builder and Generator are coming soon. Use the feedback form to tell us what you want to create; it does not generate animations yet.
